Typical prices, based on the effort these engagements usually take. Your actual price depends on your needs and is agreed in writing before we start.
AI and technology cost review

Ten working days. We agree the number of systems or vendors when you sign and deliver exactly that number. If we find more, you choose: we re-cost for the new number, or you keep the agreed number and choose which to leave out.

How payment works
- Work starts only when scope and price are signed and 50% is paid.
- Cost review: the other 50% at final delivery on day 10.
- Setups: the other 50% at sign-off of the completed setup.
- Monthly services, only if you choose them: billed monthly from the month after setup sign-off. The minimum term is 12 months; after that, month to month, and either side can end it with 3 months' notice.
- If you have had our cost review recently, a setup does not repeat it, and its price reflects the work already done.
The final price follows the scope we agree with you. Every client's needs are a little different, and where a change affects how the work is delivered, the price changes with it.
